Privacy Policy

Information we collect

This site does not ask you to submit forms. When you call a number on this site, the call is handled by a call-tracking and routing platform that records call metadata (such as the calling number, time, duration and the page that generated the call) and may record the call for quality and billing purposes. You will be told if a call is recorded where required by law.

How information is used

Call information is used to route your call to an independent provider, to measure which pages are useful, to prevent fraud, and for billing between HomeRelay Pros and its partners. We do not sell call recordings.

Sharing

When you are connected to a provider, that provider receives your phone number and whatever you tell them on the call. Their use of your information is governed by their own policies.

Analytics and cookies

Optional Google Analytics

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to count page visits and phone-button clicks. A button click is not proof of a connected or completed call. When analytics is on, Google receives technical information such as browser and device data, online identifiers and the network information needed to receive the request. We send a fixed page path and button placement, not phone numbers, entered details, page titles, query strings or referrer URLs.

Analytics stays off until you select Allow analytics. Advertising storage, advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in this implementation. You can decline or withdraw using Analytics preferences in the footer without affecting calls or browsing. Your choice is remembered in this browser for up to 180 days; if browser storage is blocked, it lasts only for the current page. Withdrawal stops future analytics collection and clears this site's analytics cookies, but does not erase information already received by Google.

See Google's privacy policy for its handling of information.
